God Restores – Esther 8

Times may be difficult, but God restores in His time.

When He restores, it’s complete and permanent.

God can change ANY situation.

8:1-10 Everyone is positioned in life for a purpose to be fulfilled in due season.

8:1-10 Those who are persecuted will not always be persecuted.

8:1-10 Those who have influence will not always have influence.

8:1-14 God protects His children.

8:15-17 When God delivers you, rescues you, protects you, CELEBRATE!

From Darkness To Light – Acts 25

25:1-11 A person should not be punished for crimes they didn’t commit.

25:1-19 What you dislike the most can end up doing you the most good.

25:17 Jesus will rescue you when you’re in trouble when you obey Him.

25:18 When we are saved, we turn from darkness to light. We are able to discern. We are forgiven of our sins and sanctified.

25:20 Repent, turn to God. Your deeds will show that you’ve changed.

25:22 God helps us through our trials.

Willing To Learn – Acts 16

16:6-10 The Holy Spirit will lead and guide you in the direction you need to go.
16:6-10 Every door and window is not yours to open.

16:13-15 People are placed in your life for a reason.

16:14 Purple was rare and expensive in Bible times. What does that say about Lydia?
16:11-15 She was a businesswoman.
16:11-15 Lydia sold high end products and conducted business with wealthy clients.
Also…
16:11-15 She had enough insight to recognize that in spite of her success, she still needed God.
16:11-15 Lydia was honest and sincere in her faith and business relationships.
16:11-15 She chose her friends and associates wisely.
16:11-15 She opened her heart and home to the apostles.
16:11-15 Lydia had the heart of a servant.
16:11-15 She was a giver.
16:11-15 Lydia was willing to learn from others.

16:16-19 The love of money causes people to permit wrong behavior.

16:25 Pray and praise God when you are in trouble.

16:16-24 Changing the ways of the world will cause some to come against you because you threaten their (sinful) way of life.

16:25-28 God will rescue you when you pray and praise Him.

16:29-39 God will bring His favor into your life.

16:30-31 He brought them out and asked, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?”
They replied, “Believe on the Lord Jesus and you will be saved, along with your entire household.” NLT

16:32 Once you get saved, study God’s word.

Released – Acts 12

12:1-25 It doesn’t matter who is against you. It doesn’t matter how many are against you. When you’re doing God’s will, He will protect you and give you the ability to do what He called you to do.

12:1-8 The situation may look bad to us, that’s when God shows up.

12:1-17 You may not fully understand what’s happening, you don’t have to, just follow God.

12:6-8 God rescues us from bondage when we believe.

12:6-11 God will release you from bondage.

12:6-11 No one can hold you captive when God decides you need to be free.

12:7-8 Obey God.

12:11 If you understand everything, fear may prevent you from walking into your destiny.

12:11 God doesn’t tell us everything for a reason. It may be more than we can handle.

12:11 God will show you His power.

12:12-17 Those who want good things for you will be amazed and happy for you when you are rescued.

12:16-17 Tell people how God rescued you.

12:23 Never allow people to worship you. You will be destroyed.

Victory – 2 Chronicles 20

20:3 Fast when you are under attack.
20:3 Ask God for guidance.

20:4,18-19,21 Pray, fast, worship & praise with others.

20:6 “He prayed, “O lord, God of our ancestors, you alone are the God who is in heaven. You are ruler of all the kingdoms of the earth. You are powerful and mighty; no one can stand against you!” NLT

20:9 “They said, ‘Whenever we are faced with any calamity such as war, plague, or famine, we can come to stand in your presence before this Temple where your name is honored. We can cry out to you to save us, and you will hear us and rescue us.’” NLT

20:15 “….”This is what the lord says: Do not be afraid! Don’t be discouraged by this mighty army, for the battle is not yours, but God’s.” NLT
One of my personal favorites!

20:15-24 You will have to deal with attacks and do battle, but God will be with you.

20:17 “But you will not even need to fight. Take your positions; then stand still and watch the lord’s victory. He is with you, O people of Judah and Jerusalem. Do not be afraid or discouraged. Go out against them tomorrow, for the lord is with you!”” NLT

20:20 “…Believe in the lord your God, and you will be able to stand firm. Believe in his prophets, and you will succeed.”” NLT

20:21 “Give thanks to the lord; his faithful love endures forever!” NLT

20:27 God gives victory.

20:30 God gives us peace.

20:25-26 You come out of battles with more than what you went in with.
20:25-26 When the battle is over, praise God for bringing you through it.

20:32-33 Leaders, your followers will only be as committed as you are.

20:35-37 When a child of God allies with an evil person, whatever they do will fail.

God Changes Everything – 2 Kings 20

20:1-3 No matter how good we are, we’re all going to die.

20:5 God hears our prayers.

20:5-6 Prayer can change ANY situation – even death.

20:6 God rescues us from our enemies.

20:5,7 God heals.

20:7 Follow God’s directions.

20:9-11 God can change anything, even turn back time.

20:9-11 God keeps His promises.

20:13-17 Everyone doesn’t need to know your business.

20:13-17 Be careful who you trust and allow into your personal life.

20:15-18 Don’t put much value on material things, they can be lost/removed at any time.

20:18-19 The good you do in your life benefits and brings favor to your family.
